6 April 2025 - Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (HKYSTIC)

The Science Department is incredibly proud to announce the remarkable success of our STEM teams at the 27th Hong Kong Youth Science and Technology Innovation Competition (HKYSTIC), one of the largest STEM competitions in Hong Kong! This year, our students demonstrated exceptional dedication and innovation, culminating in outstanding results.

For the past months, these talented young scientists have immersed themselves in rigorous scientific investigations, showcasing their passion for STEM and their ability to tackle complex challenges. Their hard work and perseverance were on full display during the competition on March 29, 2025, and their achievements were celebrated at the awards ceremony on April 6, 2025.

We are thrilled to share that our teams received one Third Prize and four Excellence Awards, recognizing their exceptional research and presentation. These awards are a testament to their commitment and creativity. We applaud their achievements and are excited to see the impact they will have on the future of STEM.
