 HKUGA College is now inviting applications for the following position:

 

Administrative Assistant - Accounting

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle daily accounts operation & transactions
  • Assist in financial and management reporting 
  • Provide administrative support within the school setting
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary

Requirements:

  • Possess a Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent 
  • Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and accounting software
  • A good team player and able to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Have experience in office administration is an advantage
