HKUGA College is now inviting applications for the following position:
Administrative Assistant - Accounting |

Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounts operation & transactions
- Assist in financial and management reporting
- Provide administrative support within the school setting
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as necessary
Requirements:
- Possess a Diploma or above in Accounting or equivalent
- Have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and accounting software
- A good team player and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Have experience in office administration is an advantage
