Application for S6 Repeater Admission

  1. Application period: 17th July to 18th July, 2024 12:00noon.
  2. Please enclose a copy of the following documents:
    • Student’s H.K. ID Card / Passport
    • School reports of Secondary 5 and Secondary 6
    • Results Notice of the HKDSE Examination 2024
    • Most updated JUPAS programme choice 2024

  2. The application fee is $75. Application fee submitted at the time of application is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Application for Secondary One Admission 2024 - 2025 after the release of S1 Places Allocation Results (Door-knocking application)

  • New applications:
    The application form and the relevant information can be submitted through our online application system. 

    Application Period:   9th July, 2024 9:00am – 4:00pm

    You will be required to upload the following documents:
    • Student’s H.K. ID Card / Passport 
    • Student’s Identification Card 
    • School reports of the last two years 
    • Other relevant documents 
    • The Admission Slip

Application fee: $75 (to be paid through PayPal on the online admission system) Application fee submitted at the time of application is non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

  • Candidates who have submitted their application before:
    Please e-mail us a copy of your admission slip and Primary 6 academic reports.  Please include your application number in the documents and in the email title.

    Suitable applicants may be invited for interviews. Successful applicants will be informed by late-July. 

Remarks:

  • The annual school fee for Secondary 1 in the school year 2023-2024 is HK$41,700.
  • According to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to access and amend the personal data provided on the application form. Requests for access to and amendment of personal data should be made in writing and sent to HKUGA College.
  • The College has put into place a “Fee Remission Scheme” for needy students (including those from families receiving the Comprehensive Social Security Assistance (CSSA) and students receiving financial assistance provided by the Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA)). “Scholarships” will also be offered to students who have demonstrated excellent academic performances, or outstanding achievements in art, music, or sport. If you wish to apply for a fee remission or scholarship, please click on our school website for details. Application for S2 - S4 Admission 2024 - 2025

Information on Application

  1. Please complete the online application through the school website. All required documents can be submitted in the system and payment can be made by credit card. Further instruction is stated on front page of the online application system here. (The system will be open when the application period starts)
  2. Application period: 2 May 2024 (10:00)  - 3 June 2024(23:59)
  3. Annual school fees for 2023 - 2024 are as follows:
    S2 - HK$41,700 | S3 – HK$41,700 | S4 – HK$44,200
    Our school has applied to the EDB for a school tuition fee adjustment for the school year 2024-2025.
  4. The application fee is HK$75. (to be paid through PayPal on the online admission system) Application fee submitted at the time of application is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  5. Applicants will be invited for a written test on 29 June, 2024 (tentatively 8:30 am - 12:30 pm). Details will be delivered by email in due course. Only short-listed applicants will be invited for interviews and they will be notified individually on or before 5 July 2024. Interviews will be conducted on 8 - 9 July 2024 on campus. (No online interviews will be arranged) Admission results will be released on 10 July 2024.
