在港大同學會書院，同學可以參與和體驗不同的活動，發揮潛能，成為多才多藝的音樂家、表現傑出的運動員、感染聽眾的演講者、具影響力的傳媒工作者或創意無限的科技專才。
同學會突破固有的框架，不斷挑戰自我。學校安排超過八十個課外活動供同學選擇，讓同學裝備自己、拓展視野，成為好奇心強、敢於創新、具抗逆力和勇於承擔責任的菁英。
